Cancelling a service

Cancel from the portal — open the service and choose cancel. No ticket, no retention call.

You choose when it takes effect, and the two options are not equivalent.

Cancelling at the end of the period costs nothing extra — you have already paid for the time.

What happens to your data

Termination deletes the server. Take everything you need off it first, including anything in snapshots. Do not rely on being able to get data back afterwards.

If you have terminated something by mistake, open a ticket straight away and we will tell you what, if anything, can still be done.

Refunds

Your first purchase of each VPS plan has a 7-day money-back guarantee. Outside that, cancelling stops future invoices rather than refunding the current period.

Proxy balance is refundable on the unused portion. The full terms, including how card and crypto refunds are paid, are in the refund policy.

If you are cancelling because something is broken

Tell us instead. A server that is not performing is usually a fixable problem, and we would rather fix it than lose you over something we did not know about.
