What is included in the monthly price?
Every listed server plan includes DDoS protection, daily backups, snapshots, a dedicated IPv4 address and unmetered traffic. CPU, memory, storage and connection speed vary by plan.
What does unmetered traffic mean?
There is no per-GB traffic charge on these server plans. Your port speed depends on the plan, from 100 Mbps to 1 Gbps. The service remains subject to the Acceptable Use Policy.
Can I resize my server?
The current service supports resizing, with payment for the difference between plans. Review available upgrades in your dashboard before making a change.
Can I move an existing server to PrivateByte?
Yes. Start with the migration page to discuss moving your existing workload. Requirements depend on the source server and operating system.
What if the service is not right for me?
PrivateByte offers a seven-day refund window on the first invoice, subject to the published refund policy. You can review the terms before ordering.
